Frequently Asked Questions

What are the delivery times?

Delivery is free. The bed, the sofa bed, the mattress, the ramp, the car stairs and the bowls ship from warehouses in Europe: allow 5 to 10 business days in France and Europe. For the support harness, the cushion and the seat cover, allow 11 to 14 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped. Learn more.

Which bed should I choose?

The bolster bed if they like to rest their head (up to 40 kg / 88 lb). The sofa bed for a large dog who likes to feel surrounded (up to 46 kg / 101 lb). The flat mattress if they sleep fully stretched out or find it hard to lift their paws (up to about 50 kg / 110 lb).

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page has its own size guide: by the dog's weight for the beds, by chest girth for the harness, by the height of your sofa or bed for the ramp. Between two sizes, choose the larger one. If in doubt, write to us with their weight, breed and measurements: we will advise you before you order.

How do discounts work?

The more items you take, the bigger the discount: 10% off from 2 items, 15% from 3 and 20% from 4, on your whole cart. The items can be different (for example a bed and the bowls) and the discount applies automatically, with no code. For a first order, sign up for our newsletter to receive a 10% code: it cannot be combined with the bundle offer, and the better of the two discounts is applied.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our return policy.

Are the covers washable?

Yes: the bed, the sofa bed and the mattress have a removable zipped cover that is machine washable. The foam itself is not machine washable. Specific instructions are given on each product page.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify via an encrypted connection. We never have access to your bank details.

How can I contact you?
