What are the delivery times?
Delivery is free. Our beds, the ramp, the car steps and the bowls ship from warehouses in Europe: allow 5 to 10 business days in France and Europe. For the harness, the cushion and the back seat cover, allow 11 to 14 business days. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has its own size guide: by the dog's weight for the beds, by chest girth for the harness. The beds also have a tool that recommends a size in one move. If in doubt, write to us.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. You can unpack and try the item, just as you would in a shop. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
How does the bundle offer work?
The more items you take, the bigger the discount: 10% off from 2 items, 15% from 3 and 20% from 4, on your whole cart. The items can be different (for example a bed and the bowls) and the discount applies on its own, with no code. For a first order, sign up to our newsletter to get a 10% code: it cannot be combined with the bundle offer, and the better of the two discounts is applied.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. You pay by bank card or PayPal, through secure payment providers and an encrypted connection. We never have access to your bank details.
