Why Kivelo?

On some big marketplaces, you will find items that look like ours, sometimes for less. There, you buy an object, often shipped from far away, with no one to advise you or to sort out a problem. At Kivelo, the price includes everything around the product.

What the price includes

• Free, tracked delivery. The price you see is the price you pay, with no fees added at checkout. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping from Europe for most products. The bed, the sofa, the mattress, the ramp, the car stairs and the bowls leave from warehouses in Germany or France: 5 to 10 working days in France and Europe. The delivery time of each product is written on its page, before you buy.
• Advice before you buy. A bed that is too small means a dog sleeping half outside it. Write to me with your dog's breed and weight, and I will tell you which size to choose. I answer personally.
• Someone to talk to if there is a problem. Parcel late, damaged or lost: I check with the carrier and offer you a new shipment or a refund.
• 14 days to change your mind. You are refunded all the sums paid, delivery included (return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is defective or does not match your order). The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity applies.
• Secure payment. By card or PayPal, through an encrypted connection. I never have access to your bank details.

Why Kivelo rather than another shop

• A shop designed for large and senior dogs. Not a catalogue of thousands of items, but a small selection to help your dog sleep better, get up, get into the car and eat without bending down.
• Honest product pages. Each page says which dog the product suits, and which dog it does not, with a size guide. I would rather lose a sale than see a dog with the wrong equipment.
• No bad surprises. The price, the delivery times and the return conditions are written before you buy.
• A real person behind the shop. My name is André, I created Kivelo for my two ageing dogs, and I personally handle every order and every message.

Pay less when you take several items

The more items you take, the bigger the discount: -10% from 2 items, -15% from 3 and -20% from 4, on the whole basket, with no code. For example a bed and raised bowls.
